Adult Fitness & Sport Conditioning
At Twist Sport Conditioning everyone is an athlete. The Twist team of coaches will bring out the athlete in you, helping you enjoy life pain-free, and making you functionally fit for sport and everyday activities. Each adult group session is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length (TFL is 45 min) and participants can choose to train 1, 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week. Participants can mix and match different programs, however you must choose a specific program date and time. See schedule below for session dates and times.

Adult Sport Conditioning Camp (The Mingler):
Experience a mix of our TOP Adult classes including Adult Functional Fitness,
Sport Core Strength, Anaerobic Sport Conditioning and Recovery and

EARLY BIRD: you must register by Saturday, December 10th. Register for an Adult Program and receive $50 OFF 1 or 2 sessions per week, or $100 OFF 3 or 4 sessions per week! Register for and Athlete Development Program and receive $50 OFF.
REFER A FRIEND OR TEAMMATE: when you refer a friend or teammate new to TWIST receive $50 for EACH person. Pay for your program, or save some cash. They must register by Monday, January 2nd. They must indicate that you referred them. If you have already paid for your program we will cut you a check or give you credit towards your next training purchase.
FAMILY TRAINING PACKAGE: when 2 family members are registered, the 3rd and every other family member receives 50% off.
FREE TRIAL CLASS: athletes new to TWIST can trial a class at no charge EVERY Saturday at 11:30am. Must pre-register. Only one visit per guest

**Adult Functional Fitness** AFF
Twist's most popular Adult Conditioning program is guaranteed to make your body more fit and functional. Adult Functional Fitness is a group (non-choreographed) training program that integrates balance, full body strength, core strength, stability, agility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, and more. This 1 hour and 15 minute workout will increase your fitness level, meet your athletic goals, and develop your body to meet the demands of life and sport. Train 1, 2, 3, or 4 times per week.

**ANAEROBIC SPORT CONDITIONING** ASC
If you are looking for a workout to challenge your limits and drive your heart rate near your max, the ASC class is for you. ASC will train the anaerobic energy system through multi-directional interval training, resisted and overspeed running, agility and plyometrics, hill sprinting, muscular endurance training and bike intervals. Increase your cardiovascular capacity by elevating your V02 max with the new ASC class.

CYCLE SPORT CORE CONDITIONINGCSC
Take your conditioning to a higher level in this NEW dynamic program which incorporates BOSU® and the stationary BIKES. Challenge your limits for 75 minutes using proper cycling mechanics, anaerobic intervals, balance, co-ordination, core stabilization, core strength and athletic mobility. Whether you are looking for an extra punch to compliment your workouts or prepping for the Spring riding season our certified cycling instructor and Twist coach will ensure you get what you came for!

ENDURANCE sport conditioning**ESC
For all those mountain-bikers, cyclists, paddlers, adventure racers, tri-athletes, swimmers and runners looking to improve their sport performance and prevent injury the ESC program is for you. This program will focus on building joint stability and mobility, increase functional strength, develop core power and enhance your anaerobic conditioning system through Twist’s specialized balance, strength and movement training paradigm. Get ready to own the trails, pavement and water this Spring.

Golf performance training gpt
GPT will begin by assessing and correcting your posture through golf specific balance and movement mechanic drills. Here we will discover the weak links in your kinetic chain and the many muscle imbalances that develop from playing golf. You will then be coached thru your 12 week progressive program that will build balance, dynamic range of motion, joint mobility, core strength, linked strength and rotary power helping you hit the ball further, more accurately and most importantly keeping you healthy for the long golf season ahead.

RECOVERY AND REGENERATIONR&R
5-10 minutes of stretching after your workout or game is just not enough. Experience a new freedom in your movement by releasing tension in muscles, constriction in joints and adhesions in fascia. This new program features systematic self-myofascial release techniques, Trigger Point Performance TherapyTM self massage methods and mobility. These sessions will not only help your body recover, they will increase your functional range of motion, improve muscle pliability, decrease muscle soreness and enhance your body’s flexibility. Give your body the regeneration it needs and the recovery it deserves.

In sport and fitness, you are only as strong as your weakest link, and for most athletes this is the core or speed centre, which includes the abdominals, low back, and hip musculature. You need to build strength from the centre of the body out. SCS focuses on developing stability, strength, endurance and rotational power in the abs, hips, lower back and glutes with challenging and dynamic drills. Train from the inside out in this low impact workout that builds full-body functional strength.

**TWIST Functional Lunch**tfl
The functional lunch is the perfect opportunity to get your workout in on your lunch break. This high intensity workout will be completed in 45 minutes. You will be in and out of the training centre in 45 minutes after an amazing balance, strength, core and aerobic conditioning workout. Go back to work or home with more energy. Showers and change rooms are available at the SCC.
